Alton Towers Camp
Crooked network attended the Derbyshire Networks Alton Towers Camp this weekend. This was the first ever camp for the network unit, and was thoroughly enjoyed by all the members who attended, and is a definite event for next year. Chesterfield District Explorer BBQ
Crooked Network put on a base at the Chesterfield Districts Explorer BBQ, to help promote the newly formed network group within the district, and make older explorers aware of their option to join us. The base was set around the theme of a bar where participants had to fill a tray of water at the bar, then carry it up an uphill obstacle course spilling as little as possible before emptying it into the Crooked Keg at the top of the hill. The team who filled the keg the most at the end of the night was the winner. Several positive comments were recieved from district explorers and members of the district team.
